- I have over 15 years of grappling experience spanning a 30 year career.
- I wrestled in high school under legendary Coach John Lyzott. Our team record was approximately 56-4. I was the team captain my junior and senior years.
- I competed at Columbia University and Hofstra University. I trained with an NCAA national champion at Hofstra and a junior college national champ.
